DAY 1: Mon Nov 13 – NCAP Pool
Mon-Thur Swim Practices 7:30 Dryland/Team Meeting, 8p-9:30p Swim
Friday practice Time TBA (prob. 4p or 4:30p start similar to last year; bus provided to the Pool for Friday practices and meets.)
Have Clearances taken care of beforehand or you cannot swim Day 1!
