Swimmer Info Meeting for New prospective swimmers and Returning:
TUE Oct 29, 3:20pm in the Commons (1 hr more or less). I will be there early too if you can’t stay due to current activities etc..

DAY 1 (in the water) : Monday Nov 18 – North Clackamas Aquatic Park – 7:30 Meet, Water time 8p-9:30p (Mon-Thur), Fri TBA.
Preseason Dryland/Conditioning: Tue/Thur/Tue 6pm-7:30pm (Nov 5, 7, 12) HS weight room (optional but recommended. Clearance not necessary for preseason conditioning. New Swimmers Encouraged)
Meets start week of Dec 4th. Our meet schedule specifically TBA.
Clearances:
Get them taken car of ASAP. See Athletic Department for your clearance slip and list of to-do
Physical Required: And returning swimmers Make sure you are not expired (they are good for 2 years). Do this one ASAP. Get your Dr appt ASAP as they will be busy with Everyone else’s need to get their physical appts scheduled in too.
User Fee: $300 (same as last year). See Bookkeeper
Grades check: all classes must be a passing grade
Swimmer have to have all of their Clearance checked off before they may participate in Day 1. Preseason Conditioning OK to attend before Clearance is done.
Feel free to get in the water on your own any amount prior to DAY 1. Many swimmers have done that in the past, so as to get a head start in getting through the initial body-shock of Wake-Up-You’re-Now-An Athlete time 🙂 Swimmers often get a hold of each other and go together, or on your own.
